College Success Plan's Compass Program helps students identify career paths, while considering their abilities, interests, values and personality. Students are guided to learn about themselves and their long term career interests and academic goals using a combination of meetings with their specialized, experienced, career focused coach, research based online testing and big data analytics.

How does it work?
▶ Through meetings with their specialized career Coach and engagement with the Greenwood System online tool, your student’s highly detailed 20-page report is developed with their top 100 job matches
▶ Student and Coach meet several times to explore these matches, narrowing the list to focus on the student’s top 3-5 jobs
▶ Student and Coach create an action plan together:
Identify prospects for informational interviews
Explore potential internships
Identify degree and certification programs, and more
