This diagnostic tool helps to identify career interests and direction based on a student’s unique abilities, interests, motivation, and values. The sessions provide students with insight about themselves with research-proven, valid and reliable information to help make important educational and life decisions. Students who have a plan and career direction often do better in school and make better decisions about internships and extracurricular engagement. The package includes an in-depth online assessment, extensive personalized report, and five 1-on-1 career coaching sessions.
