Carrie Bougie
Communications and Operations Manager, Virtual Academic Coach
Carrie Bougie earned a double major from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master’s Degree in Education from Dominican University, with additional training in English as a Second Language. She began her career with Teach For America and spent ten years teaching in public schools before expanding her work into higher education, digital publishing, and education technology. Carrie also has advanced training in evidence-based literacy and mathematics instruction. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping students identify strategies that work for them, build confidence, and become more organized, capable, and independent learners. Carrie also plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of College Success Plan as an organization.
