Carrie Bougie
Communications and Operations Manager, Virtual Academic Coach
Carrie earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Human Ecology, with a double major in Political Science and Community and Non-profit Leadership, and her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Dominican University. She began teaching as a 2016 Teach For America corps member in Chicago, taught in Chicago Public Schools and the Whitefish Bay School District, and joined College Success Plan in 2024 as a Senior Educational Coach before taking on communications and operations in 2026.
