JoAnn earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA and her Master’s in Marketing & Advertising from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. After a career in Advertising, she stayed at home to raise her four kids and volunteered in many school and community programs. JoAnn joined our College Success Plan team in 2020 as financial coordinator providing financial and administrative support.
