Kelli earned her Bachelor of Science in Education, with a minor in English and Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati, while playing on the Bearcat Women's Soccer team. She then went on to complete her Master's Degree in Higher Education and College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University. Prior to working with College Success Plan, Kelli was an Academic Coordinator and Tutoring Coordinator for Athletics at Illinois State University.
