Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Delaware. While a student there, she discovered her love for student development and success planning. She went on to complete a Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel Administration at Illinois State University with an emphasis on student development theory. Elizabeth has worked in a variety of roles in the university setting including, student life and leadership, residential life, and event services. She currently lives in Colorado and enjoys hiking, quilting, and baking.
